A long-term investment in high performance

At the PackExpo trade fair, Schubert will demonstrate the flexibility of its high-performance technology by means of a picker line with an integrated Flowmodul – the new compact flow-wrapping component that efficiently packs products in flowpacks. Format diversity combined with a small footprint

At the drinktec 2017, Schubert will be presenting the Innopack-TLM block packaging system which was developed with the company’s collaboration partner KHS. The block system seamlessly combines a Schubert TLM packaging machine with a KHS packer. Customers in the beverage industry stand to greatly benefit from this self-contained total solution which delivers significant increases in packaging quality and flexibility. Read more

Schubert once again achieves increased turnover and global expansion

Schubert achieved positive year-end results in 2016: Gerhard Schubert GmbH increased its turnover by 7.5 per cent year-on-year to 187.2 million euros. A very good order situation, a dynamic order intake, especially from the USA and the pharmaceutical sector, as well as a highly successful presence at the world-leading interpack trade fair, all point towards a favourable business year in 2017 as well. App offers secure monitoring of temperature-sensitive drugs

Drugs such as vaccines or antibodies are sensitive products. Storage temperatures that are too high or too low can affect their quality and efficacy. With the new temperature logger TT Sensor Plus™ 2, the August Faller Group, in cooperation with Avery Dennison, offers an intelligent label which ensures that drugs can be monitored over 3 years with more than 150,000 temperature measurements stored and which is also considerably more compact than ordinary solutions. With this app, Faller is delivering increased transparency within the supply chain process, offering pharmaceutical manufacturers greater planning reliability thanks to the order tracking function. Improved film protection

August Faller GmbH & Co. KG is expanding its combination product portfolio. Until now, multiple information carriers for pharmaceutical products could be combined in the form of banderols, labels and adhesive dots. Now the specialist in pharmaceutical packaging has also made it possible to combine a package leaflet with a patient alert card in a sealed film.
