Initial situation / need for action

Bosch’s global IT organization faced the challenge of fundamentally evolving its role and ways of working. The objective was to transform into a flexible, responsive and future-oriented internal service provider for the company’s global business units.

With around 3,500 employees worldwide, this transformation required a strong shared identity, clear direction and active engagement across national and cultural boundaries.

Objective of the mandate

The objective was to provide communications support for an international transformation initiative and to develop a unifying vision for the entire organization.
