More diversity – more creativity

We are convinced: diversity within the team leads to greater creativity – and this has also been well proven. For us as an internationally active marketing agency, employees with different language skills and diverse backgrounds are of particular importance. 🗯️

In recent years, we have repeatedly been able to attract outstanding employees from the Russian republics, Belarus, Eastern Europe, and most recently from Ukraine, all with strong German language skills, to join our team.

Some colleagues have been living in Germany for many years and have obtained German citizenship, while others are starting their first position in Germany with us after fleeing from war zones. All of them are excellently trained in mathematics and business administration, many with multiple university degrees, and show an above-average commitment to our company. At present, we are delighted to have three colleagues – Natalia, Tetiana, and Olena – who are responsible for controlling or work in the media unit.

In recent years, we have repeatedly and deliberately offered young and highly motivated employees, working students, and interns from other countries a start and a springboard for a career in Germany. Of course, this sometimes requires a somewhat longer onboarding period, more intensive on-the-job training, or even external training programs. But we are convinced that this has enriched us as a team and as an agency and has moved us forward. At the same time, it has always been a personal commitment for us. One World.
