MALIÁMANO is the hairdresser for individual styles in the west of Stuttgart and stands for hair and craftsmanship, professionalism and personality, sophistication and expression, individuality and intensity. 

A modern, stylish website was to be created for MALIÁMANO that demonstrates the high standard of quality in terms of type consultation and enables appointments to be arranged quickly.

At the MALIÁMANO salon in the west of Stuttgart, customers are treated as equals. Here, looks are created that strengthen personalities and emphasize characters. The salon's new website was to be just as strong in character and user-friendly in particular. As is so often the case, this was not an off-the-peg job, but a mixture of website conception, web development with architecture, strategy and programming as well as UX design - small, but nice.

Theegarten-Pactec is a leading manufacturer of packaging machines specializing in small-piece confectionery. The company offers a wide variety of over twenty different types of packaging, combined with a comprehensive performance spectrum. This ranges from machines in the low-speed range (up to 500 products per minute) to medium-speed solutions (up to 1,000 products per minute) and continuous high-performance machines in the high-speed range (over 1,000 products per minute). In addition to individual machines, Theegarten-Pactec also undertakes the complete project planning and delivery of complete packaging lines as a reliable turn-key partner. The packaged products include hard sugar candies, toffees, chewing masses, chewing gum, chocolate products and baked goods as well as other food and non-food items.

Based in Dresden (Germany), Theegarten-Pactec is a medium-sized family business that is now in its fourth generation and is managed by Markus Rustler and Dr. Egbert Röhm. The company employs around 420 people and is represented in over 100 countries. The export share is around 95 percent.

The new ANNUAL format combines Schubert's previous annual business report with the now legally required sustainability report. An annual edition is planned in order to keep all stakeholders up to date transparently and continuously. The aim is to publish this management report in a state-of-the-art, compelling style.

In times of extensive reporting obligations for companies, we introduced the Schubert ANNUAL 2023 together with our client Schubert.

The entirely new publication format, a hybrid of annual report, business report and sustainability report, highlights Schubert's activities in the area of sustainability in the overall corporate context. Transparent, evidence-based and therefore honest and credible – these were the key factors for everyone involved.

Of course, the objective was also to present Schubert as a family-owned company that wants to continue its innovation leadership based on a long heritage. Into sustainable, future-proof areas that go well beyond pure machine and packaging technology. All the way through to production and company management. This is why the ANNUAL covers a wide range of topics, from sustainable technology and product development to Schubert's New Work environments and the company's very own Children's Campus. An annual update is planned to ensure that it truly is an ANNUAL.

Antalis Verpackungen GmbH is a leading specialist in packaging concepts that help optimise packaging processes and save costs. Headquartered in Leinfelden-Echterdingen/Musberg, the company has nine locations in Germany and three of its own packaging development centres. We have been supporting the company with classic PR work for several years now.

Following the takeover of Antalis by the Japanese Kokusai Pulp and Paper Group, the packaging company relaunched its collaboration with us in 2021 with a whole new level of intensity. The clear focus was on the holistic strategic development of communication and measures to accompany the global player's sales into the future of packaging.

As part of the change process, Antalis needed a new identity with a new look and a new slogan. The aim was to express a new mindset that describes the partnership-based collaboration from which great things can be created and from which people can grow together and with each other.

A new premium health centre was created on the shore of Lake Constance, which is a fusion of a 5-star hotel and a clinic. The innovative health resort combines wellbeing and fasting with medical services. The unique geographical location directly on Lake Constance – combined with first-class medical care and exclusive premium services – contributes to making the health centre a superb experience.

The client, a successful Swiss hotelier, was looking for a consultant well before the opening of the resort – to provide support with market analysis, brand strategy and positioning and, based on this, to develop a logo/brand and an international, interdisciplinary marketing strategy on its own initiative.

Our areas of responsibility at BUFF MEDICAL RESORT were market and competitive analysis, positioning and subsequent brand development (CI/CD) as well as the development of an international marketing strategy (PR, social media, SEO, SEA, events, guerrilla marketing).

WOLFF & MÜLLER Quarzsande GmbH is one of the leading manufacturers of mineral raw materials in Germany. With its plants in Haida and Quedlinburg, the company is also one of the largest producers of high-quality quartz sand for water treatment, foundries, construction chemicals, locomotive brake sand as well as for sports and leisure facilities.

The aim was to develop a technologically high-performance solution with two dimensions: In the back office, the Quarzsande Shop employees needed to be able to work as automatically as possible. At the same time, the web shop had to be compelling in terms of UX and from the customer's perspective – while standing out visually from the competition.

Instead of standard shop systems, we opted for Composable Commerce with WOLFF & MÜLLER Quarzsande in order to offer a personalised shopping experience and quickly adapt the platform to individual requirements. With UX and UI design as well as technical development from a single source, we guarantee seamless integration and scalability of the platform, resulting in an effective e-commerce experience.

At the beginning of the project, we held several workshops to exchange ideas with the client and understand their specific requirements and needs. We discussed potential challenges and opportunities and presented possible solutions for specific problems. The focus was on maximising automation in the background of the shop in order to simplify operation and reduce the time required for shop handling.

For ebm-papst, our assignment is to plan B2B trade and specialist campaigns for the key sectors of ventilation technology and heating technology as part of the media activities and to accompany them with trade fair promotions

Manz AG is a global systems manufacturer headquartered in Reutlingen in South-West Germany. The company has more than 30 years of experience in the field of automation. Since 2021, we have been supporting Manz with digital campaigns – especially LinkedIn, SEM (SEO & SEA) and PR work – in order to further increase awareness of the brand in the field of automotive and electric mobility. 

The main goal was to increase Manz’s visibility in the automotive industry. The challenge was to convey Manz’s expertise very clearly in the field of electromobility. The operational goals were to create awareness and to achieve follower growth and top ranking for relevant terms in the search engines. 

The objective: To increase Manz AG’s visibility in the automotive industry, especially in the fields of electric mobility and battery production. How did we achieve this? With the right campaign mix of push and pull marketing. The close dovetailing of all the components of online marketing, social media marketing and PR, led to the campaign’s success. We also packed the sometimes very technical topics into compelling stories, which we adapted to suit specific channels.

Sappi Europe is the leading manufacturer and supplier of coated fine paper and speciality papers in Europe. The company, headquartered in Belgium, produces printing papers for high-quality magazines, annual reports, brochures, books, calendars and marketing materials, among many other products. Packaging and speciality papers from Sappi are in demand by brand manufacturers, packaging producers, designers and finishers. Sappi’s expertise in the area of fibres is also significant beyond paper production. In Europe, the company has ten paper-producing mills and 14 sales offices with a workforce of 5,700. With its participation at the world’s leading trade fair for the international packaging industry, which was held for the first time in six years, Schubert aimed to build on its previous successful trade fair presentations. For many years, the Ruess Group has been developing Schubert’s trade fair design, which has already won several awards worldwide. This year, the objective was to present a multitude of technical innovations on the one hand. And on the other, the Schubert exhibition stand not only had to present the topic of sustainability in a transparent manner, it also needed to be implemented in a way that was as sustainable as possible. Special focus was placed on personal dialogue with potential customers and a fittingly inviting atmosphere on the stand.

From 4 to 10 May 2023, some 2,800 exhibitors presented their latest technologies and solutions for the packaging industry at the interpack in Düsseldorf. Close to 143,000 visitors from 155 countries attended the high-profile event. The interpack continues to be the most important and largest industry event for the international packaging industry.

Gerhard Schubert GmbH is a German company specialising in the development and production of packaging machines. The company was founded in 1966 and is known worldwide for its innovative technology and high-quality packaging solutions. Schubert is a leader in the packaging industry and offers customised solutions for a wide range of sectors.

Central to the Schubert corporate sustainability topic is the integration of the Mission Blue sustainability initiative into the seventeen global development goals. Schubert also aligns itself with these goals. This Mission Blue journey is undertaken together with the employees – from management through to trainees. Each individual is part of this journey and proud of how they/the team/department/company can contribute to Mission Blue. Based on a corporate master plan, but in many cases also on personal conviction, all the large and small contributions are made at Schubert to the issues of a sustainable future – for the environment and for humankind. In this way, Schubert covers ten of the seventeen SDGs. And this is exactly what had to be captured naturally and authentically in the short videos. They were intended for use on various platforms, from the website and YouTube, to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Integration into all communication measures related to Mission Blue

We created ten short films to visualise Mission Blue – Schubert’s sustainability initiative – and how it fits into the global development goals of the United Nations. The compact films focus on employees who describe the topic of sustainability in the context of their own area of responsibility and with a view to its significance for the entire company. International corporate website for Schubert – Ruess Group

As an innovation driver and technology leader, packaging machine manufacturer Schubert has been shaping the international packaging industry for more than half a century. The Schubert Group sets standards in terms of efficiency and flexibility with its customised robot-assisted systems for FMCG manufacturers. 

The website, which was becoming outdated, needed to be modernised both technically and visually. A new navigation concept was designed to make the site easy to use despite its immense size, thereby enabling an optimised customer journey

Schubert’s new corporate website is the communication hub for all external and internal channels – state-of-the-art in terms of technology, content strategy and analytics. Available in several languages and encompassing roughly 650 individual pages per language. In spite of its overwhelming size, it is extremely intuitive to use: Specific content can be found quickly thanks to AI-based search options. Concept, design, technology and editorial work are all from a single source – “made by the Ruess Group”.

Website Development for the Flip App – Ruess Group

The Stuttgart-based Flip start-up now offers an employee app that makes working without a desk easier than ever. The app is a powerful communication tool that allows employers to share top-down information quickly and reliably, while enabling employees to stay in touch with each other. Flip combines top-down and bottom-up communication tools such as a personalised newsfeed and one-on-one and group chats – with additional functionalities such as task management, surveys and much more. The app can be fully integrated into your existing IT infrastructure and adapted to your corporate design.

The website had to be intuitive, professional and reflect the newly developed corporate design. All three defined user groups (interested parties, existing customers and applicants) had to be addressed simultaneously and able to find answers quickly in their respective areas. The web interface had to be attractive and inspiring via the use of moving images and micro-animations. The CMS also had to be easy, fast and flexible for editors to use, without requiring support from developers.
