International Public Relations, Content-Marketing and Corporate Publishing.

For packaging machine manufacturer Schubert, we developed a digital UX design guide to standardise all digital interfaces: Be it a website, a service portal or a machine user interface.

We develop and carry out international press work and innovative PR formats such as web press conferences, digital trade fair presentations or a video series of industry talks for the world’s leading manufacturer of speciality papers.

From 4 to 10 May 2023, some 2,800 exhibitors presented their latest technologies and solutions for the packaging industry at the interpack in Düsseldorf. Close to 143,000 visitors from 155 countries attended the high-profile event. The interpack continues to be the most important and largest industry event for the international packaging industry.

A brand is constantly evolving, so their look and feel also need to be continuously updated. Clear guidelines for the visual design ensure consistent communication, strengthen brand presence and increase recognition, which leads to more effective brand communication and a positive brand experience. We as an agency developed the corporate design for the Schubert company.

To sustainably increase the awareness of PERI MAXIMO panel formwork among the target group, we highlight the innovative unique selling points of the product in various media channels as part of a year-round campaign concept.

To visualise Mission Blue – the Schubert GmbH sustainability initiative – and its integration into global development goals, we created ten short films with statements from selected employees.

With our comprehensive digital strategy, consisting of website, SEO, SEA, and social media, we successfully achieved the strategic goals of the Accessibility Advisory Office / Bavarian Chamber of Architects.


Schubert’s new corporate website is the communication hub for all external and internal channels – state-of-the-art in terms of technology, content strategy and analytics. Available in several languages and encompassing roughly 650 individual pages per language. In spite of its overwhelming size, it is extremely intuitive to use: Specific content can be found quickly thanks to AI-based search options. Concept, design, technology and editorial work are all from a single source – “made by the Ruess Group”.

“Mission Blue” is the name of Schubert’s new Sustainability Initiative, which bundles all activities relating to sustainability. The new microsite is the focal point of all communications across all channels, externally and internally at Schubert. Concept, design, technology and editing – all from a single source – made by Ruess Group.

Rethinking packaging: The focus here is on the all-embracing strategic development of brand and product communication – with communication concepts and measures that accompany the global player’s sales into a sustainable packaging future.

When competing for experienced and future skilled workers, companies today have to present themselves in a way that suits the times. We developed an exciting user experience for Schubert System Elektronik GmbH (SSE) that not only informs, but also inspires potential recruits with the company’s unique advantages.

With CAPTRON Solutions, CAPTRON has founded a consulting subsidiary. We defined the new brand architecture and identity with the client, and implemented the new online presence based on a headless CMS.

To mark the one-year anniversary of ratioform economy, we developed an online campaign to address new customers and reactivate existing customers with the aim of further increasing the visibility of the brand.

The “Blue Couch” is the new innovative industry and expert interview series put on by Sappi Europe Packaging and Speciality Papers. Exciting guests allow a look behind the scenes of the Group and into the future of the paper industry, e.g. with new products, innovations and sustainability topics.

The new high-end website aims to underscore the company’s positioning as a world market leader in industrial pad printing as well as its global technological leadership.

A textbook international product launch: Based on a strong main idea, we developed a wide range of marketing measures for Bosch Healthcare Solutions.

How do you depict light? How do you explain the predictability of light? And all this in a compact brochure... Something like “printed light”? Not an easy task. Even for the experienced graphic designers and copywriters at our advertising agency for the creation of the new image brochure for luxwerk, a manufacturer of lighting technology.

Public relations for European market leader.

In an exciting transformation process, we evolved the corporate identity from dark blue-grey to sunny and optimistic tones: Geiger as “Partner to the Sun”.

Global public relations in trade and business media.

As an alternative to conventional face-to-face trade fairs, Sappi was one of the first companies to stage an innovative virtual trade fair with live broadcasts of press conferences, interviews and product presentations of the company’s new speciality papers – accompanied by live chats involving the sales team.

At the ECCMID medical technology trade fair in Madrid, Bosch presented its new Vivalytic laboratory analysis device at a distinctive, state-of-the-art stand – supported by a fascinating selection of media and animations.

The trade fair concept in the new corporate design with sunny and optimistic tones underlines the positioning as a "partner of the sun". The brand relaunch was carried out in a joint three-stage process.

The 20-page Recaro ‘onboard’ customer magazine is published twice yearly in both German and English.

Through active media relations management, continuous monitoring, and strategic placements, we ensure optimal visibility for LX Hausys in the German trade press.

100 guests experienced extraordinary perspectives at the ELCO Tech Day in the Thyssen-Krupp test tower in Rottweil – with new product presentations and high-profile speakers from the world of architecture.

50 years of Schubert – the milestone was celebrated against an emotional and compelling backdrop. In a specially converted assembly hall in Crailsheim, company founder Gerhard Schubert and his entire family celebrated the anniversary along with 1,200 selected guests and internationally renowned violinist David Garrett and the SWR Big Band.

To guarantee smooth operations in the world-famous tavern, the decision was made in favor of the locking system from Assa Abloy, which successfully integrated the modern system into the traditional building — leaving behind a 100% satisfied customer. The entire story was captured in a product film.

The fascinating world of water! At its trade fair stand at the ISH, Siemens positioned itself as a cutting-edge, forward-looking brand in the field of hot water technology, with its state-of-the-art technology – delivering significant customer benefits such as energy savings and enhanced reliability.

Time for an update? The Geiger Antriebe (Drives) brand’s visual language was given a completely new look and feel – based on an updated brand identity.

The Lisec Campus virtual ‘walk-through’ Expo site encompasses a fascinating and multifaceted world: 6 different buildings and showrooms, as well as a film arena, invite visitors to take part in a tour, with a lounge, machine holograms and 3D models.
The company Widex succeeds in developing state-of-the-art hearing aids with joy and innovative spirit, thereby giving people a piece of quality of life back. As part of the digital EUHA Congress, the Ruess Group was responsible for the execution of the livestreams both in terms of content and technically.

How can a service company strengthen its online credibility and get in touch with lost target groups? A nice example of content marketing.

What’s the ideal seating arrangement for my restaurant? With the innovative ‘Position Planner’ web tool, users can lay out their commercial spaces – with different catering furnishings – and try out a variety of layout and seating scenarios.

With our expertise in sustainability communication, we are supporting RKW SE on its path toward mandatory reporting under CSRD/ESRS, which will become binding for the company from 2026 with the report for the year 2025.
